FutureSYNC International, one of the most successful Organizational Development and Executive Coaching businesses in the Pacific Northwest, was founded over 30 years ago by Wendy Samson, with a core belief that highperforming teams don’t just happen. They require effective relationships, a relentless pursuit of results, and strong leadership.   We believe in the untapped and underestimated potential inherent in most human beings. The work of FutureSYNC focuses on ensuring that this potential is recognized, grown, focused, and unleashed as the single most important asset in your organization.
